Throttle cable adjustment

What up, anybody ever have to adjust the throttle cable??? Is it necessary or our accelerating cables are already set in a specific position?
 


Right, so i should get a 100% on the TPS when WOT correct? If not, i have to adjust the TPS itself? I know the valve sits right behind the TPS....
