With a downpipe and or u-bend delete/ZZP cat back, along with Autolite 104's and a FWI you will have no problem running a 3.4 pulley.
Acually it doesn't. It goes cat, ubend, then the flange to the catback. If you get the zzp cat back exhaust it deletes the ubend so you dont need the u bend delete also.
Yes he will be able to run it, but not safely. Some people are having kr problems with the 3.4" pulley even with headers. Yes every car is different, but there is only a select few factory freaks that would be able to run that setup with little to no KR nowadays. With a downpipe and or u-bend delete/ZZP cat back, along with Autolite 104's and a FWI you will have no problem running a 3.4 pulley.
