300lbs? holy ****. it's all just preference man. and it's winter. people get stressed easily. i gotta say though, both the gtp and the gt you have pictures of, those look really nice, i'd drive them any day. the red imapla's alright, just because i love those impalas. same with the white monte carlo. the purple one, the rims are just way too big for me.
 
it is human nature. when someone asks (not saying u did) opinions of people then that opens the foodgate. I personally don't diss/dog anyone or there rides but I do give my opinion. There is a bad way and a nice way of saying it but it all comes down to this, if u want to ask for opinions then be ready to receive them, good or bad. If a person does not want negative feedback don't ask the question. That is just my opinion though

i think this was the point the guy was trying to get at, not if everyone likes his car or what not...................

and yes, people do dog other people out on here ALOT :th_shakinghead2: i find that its this community, i dont see it near as much on other boards.

The only time i see people "insulting" other people on here, are when dumb ****s come on here acting like an asshole. Like the guy who thought the comp G was the greatest
 


well in all honesty every one of your car pictures (except the gp) are beyond ridiculously ugly and horrifying to me. but whatever, it's your car.
 
When it comes to car forums, and many other forums that are specified to a particular thing, there is a lot of bias. I get what you are getting at, I have been on many different types of forums all have had members who talk bad about others (mainly people from outside the forum trying to start sh*t). But like other have stated. We each have are own tastes as well as how we choose to express them. I am honest and blunt on opinions, but it shouldn't be mistaken for talking sh*t. I'm not a fan of big rims and lots of chrome, I see a lot of it everyday here. But hey to each there own.

His GP looks good with them because its the 04+. Yours looks stupid because its a 97-03. Big rims look good, on bigger cars.
