Third brake light works, everything else in the back is dead.

Tried searching through the forums, but didn't see anything that sounded like it fit my situation. I've got a 99 Grand Prix, and for a while now, my third brake light has been the only light in the back that's worked. I've replaced the bulbs, but obviously the problem is something else. I've been trying to find a wiring diagram or find out which fuse is linked to those circuits, but haven't had any luck. Could someone point me in the right direction?

If it was me I would go through and pull/test each fuse just to make sure none are busted.

Does any of the tail lights work?
Brake lights when pedal pushed?
Turn signals or Hazards?

If none of it works I would suspect either a fuse or a ground/connection problem.
