Third Brake Light Lense

2007 GXP, the third brake light(spoiler) is cracked and falling off. Is it the same part across all '04 and newer or is the GXP special? I'd rather not get a whole spoiler which is what the only local yard with GXP was willing to do. Does anyone know a GM part number if I have to try getting one from a dealer? I really don't want to plastic weld it unless I have to.
