i dont really know much about mods for GTP's, I just put some NGK TR55IX's in my car and im gunna or the TDCracing intake and that will prooly be it for my mods but some one had said something about also to do a PCM from overkill. If i do those three mods am i gunna have to worry about KR.

You won't have any more knock than stock. You could even do without the plugs as they're not going to do anything for you.

i notice quit a difference with the plugs. my car has 67K miles on it and i doubt it has ever had the plugs changed.

Stock plugs are iridium and will last 100k miles, per GM's service intervals. I pulled mine at 68k and they still looked like they could go a few more years.
