Thinking about selling my car..need help

Ok, so I am thinking about selling my car. The problem is im not sure what I sould ask for it. I have been looking into it and the banks/credit are saying not to go by what kelly blue book says. This is because of "cash for clunkers" that just happend and that there are not enough used cars out there. So the price value of cars have gone up. So if you can help me out please let me know what price I should be asking.

Average GTP prices are anywhere in the 2k-5k range, severely depending on condition, and details.

Added a cold air intake and some thicker MSD wires
Leather is clean no rips
Sun roof
New CD player
No Rust on the ouside of the car. However it is a new york car so it has seen the winters. So there is some on the bottom.
