Now, ive had my car since about 133k miles and im now to 154k miles and i cant help but to feel like theres other things that need to be done to it, not just fluid checks and oil changes, i know about that stuff and my car gets regular oil changes along with air filter.
Can you guys list some other things i should check out regularly? Any other type of maintenance that needs to be done? cleanings? filters? anything at all? I wanna be able to do my own kind of work to my own car, i dont like relying on anyone unless they are teaching me things. Its like for PCs, im a experienced PC guy so i do my own tune ups, cleanings and things like that.
The purpose of the post is im about to go on a 7 hr drive (about 400 miles) and i wanna check some things but dont know what to check for to make sure my family is safe. Not doing this just for this trip though, i wanna take care of my car and make it last.
