Thermostat replacement

I need to change my thermostat in my 06 Grand Prix base. Would anyone know how about I can do this? It's my first time replacing it. Any help is appreciated :)
 


under the engine cover (twist the oil filler neck to the left till the whole thing pulls straight out)

near the driverside dogbone, follow the upper rad hose, undo the two 10 mm bolts.

Pull off housing, catch coolant with rags.

pull t-stat out, put new one with new O-ring in and bolt it back on. then use the bleeder on top (open it) and run the vehicle till coolant comes out. Fill up the rad as well.
