Its getting to the point where id like to help out. I was kind of hopeful that people were going to get their $ back but now im not so sure. I know what it is like to lose hard earned $ in a scam and its crappy to say the least. Hope this stuff helps.

I would also file that with the police: Criminal Investigation

The Criminal Investigation Division investigates all criminal activity that occurs in the unincorporated areas of Houston County and in incorporated areas when requested by another law enforcement agency or victim.
The Criminal Investigation Division is made up of thirteen Deputies assigned to three units working from offices in Warner Robins and Perry.
General Investigations: responsible for the investigation of personal and property crimes to include burglary, thefts, financial crimes, adult physical and sexual assaults, adult missing persons, domestic violence and homicide.
Crime Scene: responsible for the processing of crime scenes and the collection and storage of evidence and other property.

for mine i bought a IC setup (core was never made, rails were never made but i paid for the items). and recieved Pump, lim gaskets (half werent even right) and returned them.
 
$190 to the credit card, just called and got the forum being sent to my house to get back my money...although i really wanted those break parts. Parts ordered on the 08/21/09.
 
mine never got refunded, it had said the seller initiated the refund, i got the "sorry" note from him, but then the refund was cancelled
Today I got the dreaded "we could not recover the funds" email from paypal...
so basically TDC still owes me the $131 I paid....

My item was a WBS IC core purchased on 8-27 (I saw the pictures of it, so why didn't he just send it???)

it's a scam- he bought time by saying he was paying- and the case got closed by Paypal because of the refund- now we are all SOL

Agreed, he's duped Paypal now too. I wonder what americansoldier has been comin up with? He had started proceding with this down there. I am going to start handling this myself now too.

Just got off the phone w/ Houston Co Sheriff, they state that we have to file in our own local dept first, then contact them.... Anyone know any lawyers down there?
 


I paid for: 1 Aeroforce gauge ($130), and 1 bottle of GM s/c oil
($5.99) Total: $135.99

Neither were received, and PayPal told me that TDC has insufficient fund to refund me.

I ordered the parts on 8/25/09

I also filed an IC3 form. Can we keep track of who has done this as well???

all i can say is im glad i had not money back then cuz i would have baught a fwi and a aeroforce gauge ppppffffuuuuuuuuuuuu lol but yeah im pissed off at this waste of life for rippin all my 3800 bros off what a $($($($($$($($($(($$
