• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

The new whip-!!!

it WAS a debadged WS6....It has the WS6 badge on it now, after I had to rebuy it...

I was sketchy of this too when I bought it...Checked the RPO codes and its a confirmed WS6....hehe...still waiting on the ram-air stickers to get here...I dunno why anybody would want to debadge such a car. :th_thumbsup-wink:
thts wht i was thinkin! lol

First mods are purchased...

-Kooks 1 3/4" Longtube stainless headers
-Kooks 3" off-road-Y-pipe ( Yeah catless ;) )
-SLP Loud Mouth1 exhaust...

haha it's gonna be LOUD!

Next up for mods, probably Bilstein shocks and LCA re-locate brackets. Oh and am picking up a LS6 intake Manifold Thursday, its gonna be insane...~!!!

My brother has an 02 WS6 with SLP longtube headers, high flow (straight through) cats, and SLP loudmouth exhaust. It sounds freaking amazing, and it is really freaking loud.

I should get the same sound...Kooks is top quality, IMO alittle better than SLP but eh who knows...they're both about same price...except my will be cat-less :)

nice ****ing car!!!

long tubes FTMFW!!!

yea the later the year models the more ls6 parts they started to come with. some of the 02's are complete ls6's cam and all.

yeah there was a small percentage in 2002 that actually came with the ls6 engine...I'm pretty much like **** the GP right now, lol...can't wait til the exhaust comes in...then looks like I gotta sell the raptor 700 to buy a complete stage 2 T-56 re-build with a 9" rearend with 4.11 gears... Just bough a LS6 intake manifold today...
Not trying to hi-jack but here is the video of the car.

Trans Am Video#
Fast forward to like 5:30 sec

Just to give you an idea.

madness man! exactly what I'm going for, enough noise to never be able to use to stock stero system while the car is running, again!!

if your looking into heads for it, ported ls6 heads are better than 90% of all the aftermarket heads if not all. just stock ls6 heads will be an improvement.

yea i would say **** the GP also :D

lmao with the GP... thanks man, I will keep LS6 ported heads in mind for future modding...the moser 9" rearend w/ 4.11 gears is $2200 bucks alone, add in a monster stage 3 clutch flywheel kit $800, stage 2 T56 rebuild another $1000, add in the dyno and custom tune from tickperformance with labor is gonna set me back for another 20years til I can afford another mod, lol....but **** it, Its gonna be bad ass. I got the LS6 intake mani in today, brand new in box, got it for half the sale price of a vendor.

I'm telling you guys, next car yall get, get a T/A ... FTW!

ah! i want the raptor haha. i had a 660R not too long ago, that thing was a BLAST!!!!

Hooah! Thanks for your service, and glad you made it back safe and sound.

Congrats on the new ride, probably a bit nicer than your wheels in the sandbox.

I think off the line the 660 is quicker on acceleration but the 700 is truely a beast. If I decided to get another, would defently be a 700R
