The G8 will be back for 2013. If only I could afford one.

edit: when I first made this thread i didnt watch the whole video and see its actually coming back as a chevy.

not only that, the pontiac brand is RETIRED, so the "g8" will never be back.

And the platform is currently used in the camaro, which we all know is a pig.

Wait for the alpha platform cars.

cool, although my favorite part of that vid was that dumba$$ that let the car roll down the hill and BAM right into a parked car.
 
As the Caprice which is sold in the Middle East, same as the cop cars which are about to be available.

I also read somewhere that that platform would only be available to the police forces and not the public.

Word is Chevy is introducing a new rear wheel drive platform to replace the Impala for NASCAR in 2013. Speculation is the Commodore will be yet again rebaged as a Chevy from Holden and sold here again. I've heard it may get the Chevelle moniker which would be cool as hell!

If it's the Chevelle there better be a coupe option, and I've only ever seen a handful of Chevelle sedans.
 


it's still not going to be an affordable car. for what you are buying there are a ton of other options for $5-10k less.
