I <3 the Venom...I haven't had to hot lap too many cars to get a solid lap in for quite some time...it is a challenging car to control, especially playing like a boss with no assists evah.

1st and 2nd are useless except for engine braking, you had to feather 3rd and pray the rear end didn't get a mind of it's own...and then 4th...which by the time you hit it, you'd have to get back hard on the brakes and try not to fly off the track in a uncontrolled obliteration fit.

Ended up running a sub 1:58 in the rivals time though, good show. I got the pack for free as well, thanks to the 300C. That SMART car has snap oversteer like no ones business when it's sitting at B500, lol.
 


thus far i've only tuned my Venom for top end. have yet to try and tame the beast in the corners..

other than that my man-van is looking pretty schnazzy and that damn lil smart car drifts like a champ
 
So, starting today...everyday until the Porsche pack comes out...on the 22nd...Turn10 will be telling you what cars are in the pack at 8am and 8pm, Pacific time.

First car: 1995 Porsche 911 GT2...or, a Turbo beetle

One of the worlds fastest production cars at the time. Still plan to own one before I die.
 


I want a 85 911 with the M451 wide body package from the 931s. Its got the look, suspension, everything from the 931 turbo car but the high compression NA engine. The 931 was known for compaints of turbo lag during normal driving and spirited driving, all out race was a different animal, but it was all or nothing... the 911 M451 had the best of all of it. Still want one but they hold value at 20-30k still because they are hard to find and sought after.

ZLE (or whatever it is) Camaro.

and like a 2012 Nissan GTR since its honestly soo much better then the old ones

and what ever else they can think of..


or like a KTM xBow, or a Caterham v8.... mmmm toasty..





but like seriously. those cars there, id be as happy as a Tornado in a trailer park.
 


I honestly love the bodykit/spoiler options out there for 300s. Back when I played Midnight Club LA I was surprised I could make the car so sporty and attractive looking with a body kit. I feel the SRT8s deserve a body kit like some of the aftermarket ones provided, looks SO much better.
 
How about Turn10 getting their sh1t together?

Is it just me...regardless of the pack...but don't tell me it's going to be available on "X" day, and then I have to jump through 38 different loopholes to figure out how to download it.

For my troubles and time...it should be free...but whatevs.

Also, I've been b1tching here for four years...yay me.
