Ever wonder what happened to the Ford Five Hundred and Mercury Montego? Those cars flopped because no one ever heard the name...they rebadged the exact same cars Taurus and Sable...and it took off.

People wouldn't buy it because the last Lumina wasn't great...or that the Lumina was also a van. I wouldn't buy that crap either if it was called a Lumina...no one owns a "cool Lumina"
 


People need to give up the name for christ sakes GM DID make a 4 door version and a damn wagon version of the Chevelle. Me personally I hope they call it a Chevelle and not a Lumina! Look at the Dodge Charger love em or hate them they still sell period!!

My point is who gives a damn what the name is if I called you a retard are you really?? LOL !!

And I have a feeling a ton of people will say the hell with it and put a G8 front clip on it and presto look I have a NEW 2013 plus or what ever Pontiac. The Hell with the Chevy badge all together IMO!!

After all at the end of the day at least its not as damn ugly as a new CAMARO !!!
 




Call it what you want, I'll buy one. It's sexy, sleek, and for God's sake it's a Rwd sports sedan. Regardless I will badge it and convert it to a Commodore.
 
If you are really complaining about it being called a chevelle or having a bowtie on it. First, stop talking...... second debage and put some pontiac badges on it. And presto! You now have a brand stankin new Pontiac G8...... Wow that was hard.... And personally I could care less what a car is called. So long as it has balls and looks like tits.
