haha Bio you lose... even I had a clue where he was from lol

Re: the Dale Jr Monte saga now begins! 56k

so, the daytona was starting to pile up with problems, dont have the patience or the time to fix it right now, so I went out and bought something more reliable and in far better condition. I got a 2004 Dale Jr Monte Carlo, 100k on it, prestine condition(minus the bird poop), not a single spot of rust on it.

I bought it from an older guy in his mid 50's, who bought it brand new with 378 miles on it, the bottom side of the car is coated in Ziebart, the paint has Ziebart diamond clear coating on it, and its been done once a year since 04. The car has new tires, brakes, rotors, fuel filter, plugs, wires. This guy took it to the dealership just to get the air filter changed, lol. He had both front hub bearings replaced($905.45 :O ) at the dealership. I couldnt have asked for a better conditioned car for the price that I got it for, well under blue book. Anyways, here are the pics.

i always liked the 3 stripes that run down the sides on the DEI cars, it reminds me of a big E. like im sure it was supposed to.

nice to see JR in the top 10 in points again, hes forth right now, its been a long time since hes done well. team swap has totally faired well for him.

nice car enjoy it.

Re: the Dale Jr Monte saga now begins! 56k

so, i opened the trunk today for the first time since looking the car over and this is what i found, memorabilia of the #8 car and Dale jr himself. Also, in the mix of everything, is the certificate of aunthenticity my car is # 1324 of 2883. Pretty cool, seeing as i had no idea he had any of this stuff.

dude, nice monte...your doing what i am eventually planning to do, except opposite...when i do get another car its probs gonna be a daytona...although my car isnt a Dale Jr...its still a SS

Re: the Dale Jr Monte saga now begins! 56k

im going to keep some of it, because i can use it for "show" purposes when people have questions about what the car truly is....

ya, but the daytona is going to be gone shortly...i dont want it anymore.
