Green veggies are best fried. Asparagus, brussel sprouts, even brocolli.

My favorite saying is what my Dad always says. He says "get a holf of". Not get a hold of. I find myself saying it every once and a while.
 
A tip for any northerners traveling to/through the south: if you order an iced tea you probably want it to be unsweetened. The default is "suhwheat tay."
