Nice plate! I was wondering, I see some NY cars around here and does NY have 2 differant style plates? Theres this one and some have a white and blue one, is that an older one or are they different depending on what part of the state your in?

The white and blue ones are the older ones. Only if you renew your plate you can keep it. Now if you get a new plate, they are yellow and blue like back in the day. They brought the yellow back. Many people don;t like the yellow. Only other plate that will be different is a theme plate.
