Purchased an HID kit and some LED's from these guys. 2 weeks after install had a ballast and bulb go out on one side.
sent an email off explaining what was going on and they didn't hesitate to send me a new ballast and bulb which has worked flawlessly since.
Customer service is expected nowadays, but true customer service is when a company can recover quickly from any issue that comes up with the products they sell. Well done.
My only problem is I don't know what to do with all these stickers you sent me.(one in each package) i'll just start putting em on customer cars advertising +5 HP. (KIA needs all the help they can get)
