Temp light on not hot????

Car is a 2002 gtp and I let the car sit for about 7weeks. When I started it up all good then temp light came on but the temp was about 160 and would not go over 60 whith all jerks and bucks picked up some dry gas and fuel cleaner light still on and removed the cap to the rad was not hot at all still bucking??? Any help
 


Could be something clogged. Or a bad temp sensor and you are running hot. Checked the fluid?
