TDM Location or Verification

I have a 99 Grand Prix and I'm try to locate the TDM to by pass it, I think I found it in the steering column under the key. If someone could verify that this is it so i don't break anything else I shouldn't

I took a picture, but it keep failing to upload, all of the dimension and file size seem to be under the spec. wierd
 


Its part of GMs Anti theft device, once it fails it disables anything electrical for 15 minutes everytime you try to start your car.
 
theres this other website "newrockies.com" that tell how to disable GM anti theft device but it only has one picture of a TDM on it. And I'm wondering if my car has a different version.
 


It started about a two weeks ago. Go to try to start my car and when I turn the key all the way, everything shuts down for about 15 minutes. The key is locked in place all electric item are down. But in 15 minutes everything thing starts working again and I can start the car. I say to myself weird and go on with my day. It happened a few more time but I can always start my car after 15 minutes. And after work it happens again and it has not start since. After some googling, I came across a few site talking about GM VATS, PassKey and PassLock systems and how to bypass them. My issues seems to look like a passkey issue or Theft detection problem. And I made this bypass from items bought at radioshack. Now I just need to remove to the TDM and wire in my bypass and hopefully my car will work again. Right my wife is using her dads car to and I'm using hers.
