tcs and cruise control questions

neither work on my car any idea what it would be for either? the tcs doesnt come on when i push the button and same with the cruise control and i checked both fuses to....any help would be greatly appreciated im new to these cars thanks!

when your going down the road put it in neutral and if your "speed" goes to 0 then post that

just curious and not trying to threadjack, but if that happens is that a sign of a bad wheel speed sensor?
