TB Ticking

With my engine off, but key switched to on, I get a ticking sound coming from my TB. It comes at random and sounds a bit slushy; I thought it was the thermostat at first, but I'm pretty sure it's coming from the TPS. Does it every time I turn the key on. Any ideas?
 


So it's normal? It does it at completely random intervals and continues until I star the engine or turn the key off.
 
This is normal. You should hear my 95 Bonneville. Sounds like an old E&M pinball machine if you let it sit w/ the key on, lol...
