Looking to replace the accordian coupler on the WizAir for a smooth silicone one but I cant find one with the pvc bung like this one. Any ideas on where to get one?

I used a stainless steel one and just drilled a hole in the rubber coupler for the PCV

I have a couple tubes that might work for you, I will get some pictures and post them later, if you want. one of the tubes is polished aluminium, and would need to be cut because its too long, and then you would need to drill a hole for the IAC sensor. I also have a black plastic tube that is probably about what you would need, and has the hole already for the sensor.

on my 04 its the OEM pcv elbow with the tube with a grommet...others ive just cutoff the elbow at 2" and shoved into the silicone elbow, hole cut undersized and using a new sharp exacto knife...no need to seal it with silicone.
the other end was hacked off and shoved into an old OEM ignition cable coil boot (yank it off yer old set/spares)...the oem elbow falls apart, the spark plug wire boots tend to be a silicone elbow. lasts alot longer and doesnt split like the oem elbow at the blower nipple

connecting the two ends

All I did was drill my intake and install a grommet. Its hard to see in the photo because of where I placed it but its there.
