Guessing this is kinda a recurring thing... sounds like a bitter person, who's pissed off at the world, for thier own shortcoming(s)
 


Found it. Doesn't look like Bio's Subaru, but clearly Bio at the wheel. Fast forward to 2:20, it's easy to see why angry camcorder guy was angry.
