Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Take A Look At This!

Well it certainly would be an exciting ride if it all held up. He has one negative feedback from a previous high HP sale. So who knows. Would be interesting to see it make some track passes.

yea a friend showed me tht, i just wish they had a manual as an option, if the l67 was equipped with a manual and and make it rwd it would be intense.

I'm loving The Beatles poster in the garage.
Clearly thats not his house in the background. He wouldn't be sitting outside the gate.

I dont like the front ground effect. I can't believe that you (archemedes) like those wheels. :th_sick1: jk
;)

Its not even a REAL GTX. Only the badging, nothing more. He should have just put a GXP badge on it instead :p

But if you look at the house where the guy built the car, he obviously has money just bubbling out of his pockets to attempt such a feat! But with no AC? No thanks :p

cloth seats and no sunroof? yucK! he's from the cheese state, i'm sure someone here know him.

Its a purpose built car. Ya don't need no sunroof or leather or special stuff inside . All that stuff is nice and all and if I could I want it in a car, but if I were looking into buying that car I don't think I would care about all that crap. The car needs a little help in styling department but all that can be fixed easy inside and out.

Yeah, this car has been on CGP a few times. I don't live far from it and would like to see it in person. Definately unique and a ton of work in it. He also built one bad Reatta that is in one of the ebay pics of his garage.

I don't mind the front, but not a big fan of the side skirts or rear fascia.

That's a Procharger supercharger not a turbo.

It was possible to have a GT with GTP package and a GTX with cloth seats.

Looks like it'll probably sell. Nice car. Wish I had the time and resources for some of my projects.

the one pick isn't a procharger (prochargers don't have a open turbine I have installed a couple) you can see the impeller in one of the pics where the pulley should be

Nope, that IS a Procharger Centrifugal Supercharger like his ebay listing says. You can see part of the name on it and more importantly you can see the driveshaft coming out the back of it going to a pulley on the other side of the engine. Basically a turbo with the exhaust side removed and belt driven. No different than many other superchargers (roots, centrifugal, etc.) that have the shaft extend across to the drive belts of the engine. Don't doubt you've installed superchargers, but probably not that setup I'm thinking. The pulley you're looking for is on the other side of the engine/supercharger. The impeller is were the filter is. Next time you install one look at both sides of the supercharger. J/k LOL.

A turbocharger is exhaust driven, that is not. Therefore, it is a supercharger. Not difficult to see in the pics he has posted even on my cell phone.

well the dead give away that it isn't a turbo is that it doesn't have a second casing and impeller attatched to it so the exhaust gases have a place to go in and turn the impeller and a place to go out.

Its a centrifugal supercharger, actually a lot of monte ss owners (before the gen 5 came out) used this same style to get more boost and effeiciency, in fact a guy in my local club had 2 montes done this way..

Exactly. Alot of the Grand Prix guys have run similar setups as well. Whether Procharger, Paxton, Vortech, etc. centrifugal superchargers they are all basically the same premise. Pulley or gear or whatever where the "missing turbo exhaust casing" would be, impeller and filter on other side, and an outlet. Of course drive gear, oil, and impeller gears all inside as well.
