tail light problem

so i noticed that one of my tail lights is dimmer than the other, even with the brake or the flasher on the left light is not as bright as the other. I have also notices another grand prix passing me with the same problem but opposite lights. I have tried just switching the bulbs and still the left is dimmer than the right. but i do have alot of condensation in the left light and i have to empty the water out once every few months lol i know thes cars have problems with their crappy stock tail lights. any ideas? thanks
 


check the voltage going to the plug. If its less than 12v then its your problem.

Solution would be to find the weak link in the chain.
