T67 rebuild kit

Seals are shot, where can I get a rebuild kit?

precision uses garrett sourced parts to build their turbos. or at least they used too

so what turbo do I tell em I have... a T67 or do they have a different name for it?

if you have it off the car look for a stamping or engraving on the outlet of the turbine housing or the outlet of the compressor housing. IIRC its basically a PT-6776e turbo. im sure DarkHorizon will be along shortly to correct me if thats not right.

Any T3/T4 rebuild kit will do the job.....just make sure that it comes with the upgraded step gap oil piston ring (rear oil seal) and 360 degree thrust washer.

As long as there if very minimal turbine shaft play the bearings are still good. Also if you're blowing oil out of the exhaust and NOT in the cold side the turbo.....If that's the case the oil piston ring is the cause of the problem 95% of the time and here is the upgraded part.

Took off my boost pipe and its covered in oil so its the cold side and maybe the hot side too. Should I send it in to someone or is this a rebuild I can handle? Havent checked for shaft play yet....
