Had a optima with broken k emblems everywhere a kia one was come through work yesterday and the lead service writer in the express lube said he didn't realize it was a kia right away and we work at a kia dealership lol

Yeah, around here the Forte Koups are few and far between so without the Kia emblems it really throws some people for a loop.

Well I have been back from the Army for around 2 months now and have done some stuff to the car and I thought I would say hi.

i am lowering the car this thursday and have a Nameless Performance exhaust coming on saturday. I also have some underbody suspension braces but depending on how low the car sits I may remove them.

<--former writer at a kia dealer. These cars are the best kia has short of an optima turbo. when you lower it it's going to blow your mind. a customer had a manual one same color lowered with the braces and exhaust/intake rode like a gokart. the best part was the umadbro license plate

Sharp looking car. I think these look great.

I have no idea how long I will keep my Regal, but my wife wants nothing to do with any sort of W-body so I keep an eye out for cars like this for her. Currently she has a 2006 Mazda 6, but I've been eyeing an Optima. That's assuming I can't get her into a Lacrosse.

I cant wait for the parts. Handling is already good.

And on the engine cover, i met a guy on the forte forum that owns a vinyl shop and he did it free for me.

Here is roughly what the exhaust sounds like. And we all know videos dont do exhaust justice. You need decent speakers to fully hear this.

Check out the Regal T's and the Verano T's then.

Cheaper...and still an amazing car for the money.

My other half just picked up a '12 Tricoat metallic Regal T...had 500~ miles on it...got it for just shy of 23K.

I pretty much like full sized vehicles. Which is sort of a misnomer because the new full size vehicles are yesterday's mid-sized. Plus, to me the v6 motors seem waaaay better than the turbo 4 motors. I realize if you mod those turbo 4 motors you can get some pretty sick HP out of them but there is no way my wife will let me do anything other than some very mild mods to her car.

fyi his said other halfs regal was doing over 100 easily. plenty fast and powerful for the wife lol.

test drive the turbo regal first. theyre so freaking comfy too.
