Switchbacks

I have 98 GTP and I was wondering if anyone has the switchback led bulbs along with the switchback audi style strips or one or the other? I was just wondering how good they really are such as brightness and so on? Thanks for the info...

Everyone's different, but personally, my opinion, I don't think the Audi style strips look right on our cars. I think they only look right on cars that have sharp edged curves in the body shape.

As for the switchbacks, I've been looking also and I only like the VLeds switchbacks. Partly because they're the only one's that come in 5000k. Diode Dynamics has 6000k, SuperBrightLeds has 5400k, and AutoIllumination's are 5500k I believe, and they also have a 3 color one(4000k, 6000k, amber). Also some companies, you have to choose "AO" style or "AW". "AO" is white, then turn signal is only amber off amber off amber off. "AW" is white, then turn signal is amber white amber white amber white.

Besides the color temperature preference(5000k) with the VLeds, they also have the highest rated lumens, by far. The VLeds triton v3 are so bright, they come with a dial to dial them down up to 50%. I'm going to go with the VLeds type 2's. They're a little less expensive than the triton's and a little lower on lumens. If you go on HIDplanet and ask around, people will highly recommend VLeds for switchbacks over any other company.

I think my head lights are 8000k and my fogs 3000k they came that way when I bought the car. What about Idmtoy or what ever that place is?

I'm not sure about ijdmtoy, they look of decent quality, but they don't list the lumens and color temp. I don't believe you can find 8000k switchbacks. Diode Dynamics might be the closest match at 6000k.
