Switchback Bulbs

I just got a pair from v-leds, but the problem is that whenever I turn the headlights on, they lit amber and not white, when the turn signal is on they flash amber but when it's off they stay amber.

What could be wrong?
By the way, the bulbs are 3157

did you get the right bulb? its possible they gave you the wrong one, i had heard that they were still out of stock of the switchbacks....
 
did you try pulling the bulb out and pluggin it in the the other way (flip it horizontally).....not sure how the wires are in the socket but if the center wire is ground that could be the problem.
