• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Swiggles is going turbo!!!

EP diff for the WIN!!!

i talked to Jeff personally at Nationals about it, its a stout unit. I wish i would have just gave him the money for the one he had there with him.

Lol I left that there just for you.

In all honesty it's the best thing to lube with on the motor, it evaporates once it gets hot. Helps those new couplers slide right in too.

Ya I emailed him this morning and he got back to me right away. $599 shipped plus PayPal fees, and he had one in stock ready to ship!

We got the intercooler mounted today! We still have to mount the braces underneath but that's easy. Thanks Jason!!

Jason also broke my replacement diff cover BECAUSE I BROKE THE FIRST ONE AND MADE HIM REPLACE IT WITH ALL MY OIL FILTER CRAP IN THE WAY WHILE I SAT IN A CHAIR but that's ok I have a 3rd and didn't have to pay for any of them so
I'm not mad. That will have to wait until next week when my EP diff arrives.

Fixed for you. :D Also, if you were to look to the right just outside the photo I am grinding the styrofoam 5 MPH bar to go back in. :)

Lol its more like a 2mph bar now.

Yes it was all Jason's fault, if he wasn't there I wouldve had to do it myself and I wouldnt have cracked it the second time lol. Well maybe I would have but then its my own fault

The problem with using vaseline on those couplers is that they may tend to pop off with boost. I've always used hairspray on the pipe, put the coupler on and clamped it down, they don't come off.

Once the heat hits them, the vasoline should evaporate and be ok. I've used it many times with no issues. Maybe if doing a install, startup, drive all the same day, I could see issues, but in this case he should be ok. Especially since it's going to sit for probably another week.

Fixed that up for you. Looking good guys. Jason.. do what I did. When he sits down, you go do something else. I mowed the lawn during install number two. :th_biggrin2:

The bumper support has to come off for the big ic to fit, we tried to leave it but it ended up being to low for me so we modified it more today.

Now it's up much higher and we will still use the ends of the bumper support.

Meh. it's mediocre work. I don't have a lot to work with, although we do make do with what Brian has or can afford on the cheap. He does however need a new drill. Sorry about burning up that one. :P Tomorrow involves finishing modding the intercooler piping. Maybe test fire? Who knows.
