Sway Bar

Correct. Dorman bar would be solid. It's best to take a caliper with you just to be sure.

Mine looks like it's starting to go bad on the drivers side. Was hoping the GMPP was solid, guess I'll be going hollow again.

I just put brand new Moog bar and poly end links. Will they work on doorman or will bar bushings be to big.

I don't drive the SS in the winter, so the current bar should last me a few more years. I'm doing the rack and was considering changing it while I had things apart. My SS has never been driven in the snow sin e I've owned it and has virtually no rust.

Dorman is the same size as the GMPP bar.. Difference is solid vs hollow.. If your going to buy another swaybar buy a Dorman! Yes the bushings and poly will still work

The Dorman bar is good, had it on my GTP. Used it along with some cheap poly bushings myself. No problems at all.

I'm purchasing it from Advanced Auto, I have a $25 off coupon I need to use before July 7th.

You might also choose to buy on advance auto's website and pick up in the store... you can use TRT30 for 30% off, which should save you $33. Alternatively, TRT41 will knock $40 off, but you have to add something to your order to bring the initial total over $100 (bar is listed for $99.99, so you can buy a small tube of grease or something).

Order online, if the option to pick up in store is available then do it, for my sway I had to have it shipped. In that case getting the order total to $75 so you'll get free shipping, you don't want to pay shipping on this swaybar if u can help it. If you have to add something to get your order to the $75 mark, shoptowels are always a good choice, I do this most of the time and have boxes and rolls around that I use constantly or if you need something within a few bucks, dielectric grease/air freshners/brake cleaner etc.

Thanks, I used the TRT41 code and it worked out cheaper than using my coupon. I just wish I could've used both, I have work to do on my truck and will use it for those parts.
