what mods do i need to put on my 04 gtp to safely run a 3.4 pully? i know cai. ive already done a resonator delete, i plan on getting a downpipe. i was thinking colder plugs and a 180* tstat.
 


basically the mods it takes for 97-03 to run a 3.4..... u need the same to run a 3.6 pulley. ur blower is more efficient so it produces more boost than 97-03... thats why u only go to a 3.6 for what we run 3.4's on. oh yea and what ZR said..... READ READ AND READ SOMe moRe.... this has all been answered in a thread.
 
u will need everything in my signature to run a 3.4 pully on 04+ and then some more mods. intercooler, cam, rockers, meth, ported everything....etc etc... not sayin u will need all this... but at least one or two to run it safely.

And since when was a resonator delete a supporting mod? All that does it make your car sound like dog sh1t
 
to OP, just take it one step at a time, chances are youll be satisfied with the 3.6 pulley. itll make good power and still be reliable.... if you really get bit by the mod bug then you can do a couple more things and drop pullseys again
