swapped engine and trans now wont start

ok well I swapped my 99 3.8sc and trans into an 02 body which i removed the engine and trans from. Now here I am done and I go to start it and nothing. I checked the trans bell houseing and my wires are on good, so I check the starter and its getting power (stuck a flat head between the 2 bolts to make sure I was getting power).Spark plugs and injectors are also on properly. one thing I have noticed is when i turn the key over security flashes and the radio flashes off when i hold the key over and when I turn the key back its back on. fuel pump kicks on. Engine and trans i put in are very good, i got tboned in my other car and put my engine and trans into this 02. Any help would be nice
 


google security relearn? you have NEVER needed a tech2, why would you just guess to make this guy go on some stupid chase to find one????? Dick.
 
i can take a correction with being called names. we've never had a problem with each other before, why start now?
