Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Swaping engine and trans from top ( first timer)

take the tb from your engine, and use that one. the jy engine tb may not be the same part # for the tps = throttle position sensor.

clean the piss out of the old one.

yep you were right there was a set of different series of numbers that didnt match up on either tb. gna clean it and throw it on with the other crossover pipe.

yes this made all the difference no more horrible rumbling etc. also have the gas pedal reaction after replacing the tb. The car is still is shaking much more than it should(maybe i missed a bolt that secures it to the trans or bracket etc?) and smoke is really coming out of the exhaust manifold area i cant tell if its one or both but its coming out of both ends, smoke smells real burnt so i turned it off after a couple minutes. at least i can tell the engine runs nice and quiet though. should i post a new video?

Any check engine light codes??

Maybe something isnt plugged in all the way or you have a vacuum leak somewhere. A unplugged injector or bad vacuum leak can cause the motor to shake.

And it's possible that smoke is just oils that are burning off still.

the light does turn on but i dont have the reader atm. I thought it might be liquid burning off but it seems to start to flow out in a consistent manner from the the areas mentioned.

Still just looks like a little bit of oil burning off, looks pretty faint and not just straight smoking up a storm.

Once you figure out the check engine lights, then you can move on further. Hard to say what else needs to be done without knowing what the codes are.

does seem like a misfire. make sure all the plug wires are still good, you had them laying over the manifolds if they got a burn spot its now bad most of the time.

double check all the injector plugs too. if you can get it scanned would be a huge help.

the smoke looks like your greasy hand prints burning off the manifold.

Hopefully i could get those posted up by the end of the day. I noticed there are two empty bolt holes on the front bottom right of my engine that look they should hold some bracket or something of that sort. I did a really good job of organizing everything i took off and i cant remember if anything goes there. Nothing that goes down there is left. Is there a diagram showing which areas of the engine/trans connect to frame? Thesse two holes are just to bottom right of the sensor on the pan.

theres a bracket between the tail of the tranny and the engine block near the oil filter, you should have had that bolted back in engine out still.

I got that one covered, the two holes im referring to would be visible if youre standing in front of car near bumper its at the most bottom right corner of the engine, two sequential bolts or holes?

I meant bottom left corner

once again, take a look at your old engine, see if those two threaded holes are there, this engine came out of a different car remember. theres bound to be a few small differences.
