swap a series 2 supercharged motor for a series 3 supercharged into my 2000 gtp

Any one Done this swap here. I was wondering what the differences are. I know the series 3 is drive by wire and it has a returnless fuel line. I need to know what else I might need to get other than the throttle body. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The bottom ends are practicly the same. The heads are a little different. The biggest difference is from the heads up. Use your fuel rail and get an adapter for your tb and I think it'll work.
