Suspension upgade on the 04+??????

OK this is my first grand prix and dont knwo much about them really

i want to lower it because i do not like how much space is in the wheelwell

But i also want i tough suspension that will be amazing for turning

I dont really car much about the ride ive had camaros most my life and mine has always rided rough but i dont want my A** to hurt everytime i go over a bump lol

Anyone have any type of setup or ideas

i was thinking of 50 series tires instead of the stock 60 series ones but thats just an idea

im open to sugestions
