once again, you cannot spray meth and expect the gains to be anywhere near what you could with spray.

also, dont think a meth kit will net you a knock free car with as small of a pulley as you could do with an intercooler.
 
its going to lower knock for sure.

if you run the 50/50 mix of water/meth the water helps cool the intake temps and the meth gives a higher octane to help fight KR. you could probably drop a few pullies saftly.

bio runs strait meth for the octaine.

nitrious will net more power, but again you cant run nitrious all the time, with meth it has a controller set to come on when you it needs to, and meth is cheap. if its a dd i would recemend meth. if your going for fast times at the track. sure why not spray it. but i would still want meth.
 


its def going to be my DD. can i run that on standard 93octane? i need to quit bugging you guys about this and just look it up lol
 
i keep getting torn between intercooled or meth. sure both oneday but not anytime soon. i like the smell of meth from the tail pipes :D it just smells like power.

yes you can run it with regular gas. it injects into the intake/tb and combines with the air then it all combines in the combustion chamber, the meth will raise the octane of the gas. so its kinda like running race gas for alot cheaper.

not completely the same thing, but pretty close. i just run methanol because that is what my dad and uncle run in their 7 second drag bikes. 45 pounds of boost, anyone?

You could also go 60lb injectors and run E85 if you need to battle some of that KR.

I plan to run a meth/I/C setup on E85. On a GenV with either a XP or XPZ cam... pending whether I want to play with Nitrous..

I may just go with XP anyways and occasionally some spray. The XPZ cam requires some serious pounding and wear on the heads. Theoretically an XP powered engine should last longer.... but my guess is I'll do something wrong and blow it before that, haha.
 
what kind of gains?? i couldent really tell you but ive heard plenty of people drop a few pulley sizes just from meth. more boost and timing is always good.
