Want to change the oil also when at idle I hear a rattle so I figure change bearings what is everything I need so I can do it in a day?

it shouldnt take long its prolly the coupler. you can get it from zzperformance along with 2 bottles of gm s/c oil. dont spill that stuff on you becasue you wont get any female action for 3 weeks

Lol so just the coupler and 2 bottles of gm s/c oil? Is there any other bearing I should change as well

Alright waiting on my next paycheck or someone to buy parts from my 97 to get money will posts after its done to tell how it went
 
Probably won't be the bearings but the coupler wears out and causes the marbles in a can sound... It's a $10 part... Bearings are a different story but would probably not need changing! How many miles on car?
