I know where that is. I was actually in Altoona last weekend.
I grew up in Tipton, and went to school at Bellwood-Antis. My parents still live in Tipton.

Unfortunately, I left that area 8 years ago and do not know of anyone with a tuner out that way.

There are a couple of guys that are good around this area, and I'm sure they would be willing to help you out if you came out this way.
The guy that did my current tune charged something like $75.
I'm doing an install tomorrow (gen5/n*/stage2ic/1.9's/3.29trans), and there is a guy helping me do that and he will do the tune so I don't know how much the separate tune would cost but I can ask.

hey dude im over in Indiana PA(house) and Pittsburgh PA for work. So im prolly the closest person to you there is a good group of 3800 guys over near Pitt. IF you need help installing anything or have questions give me a yell I Have a HPT, but you would need to buy the credits for me to tune it

I'd still say go with a DHP PCM. They are tried and true and have been around for a long time.

i juat purchased a pcm from 3800 performance and when i install it do it wont affect the anti theft thing in my car will since it is a different pcm. M y instincts tell me it won;t but im not sure
