supercharger question??? still confused?

alright so i have an n/a gp now i read what i have to do in order to top swap but my question is about the head.. i know u have to swap the head in order to lower the compression but if the case is just lowering the compression can't i just put a thicker head gasket? thats what i did when i went turbo wit my last car.. any help is greatly appreciated.
 


Swapping the head does not lower compression. The supercharged engines have the injector holes in the head not the lim that is why you need the supercharged heads.
 
oh okay thanks for the feedback thats the last piece im missing so now its just a matter of doing it. does anybody know how much the head usually cost?

I just looked for a set and it was a bit harder then i thought it would be to find theres a few people on here that may still be selling some
 
im in south florida.. miami better said down here man people don't race grand prix dey just like putting them on 22 and 24's and call it a day thats why tech help for these cars down here are limited..
