What is the point of changing the size of the pulley?
If you do change it do you have to do any PCM Tuning?
Is it really worth it?

A smaller pulley makes the rotors spin faster, thus more boost. On the downside, it also means more heat.

It is only worth it if you can run a smaller pulley safely. Do some more research and read the safely modding your 3800 thread. You need flow mods and a tune, (intake and headers) before you should start thinking about dropping pulley sizes. You don't wanna chip a piston.
