Supercharger not whining

I have a 2002 gtp and the supercharger isn't whining like I thought it would.. It's just making a sucking sound, like vaccuum rather. My boost guage is working (I don't know if its correct or not) but I was wondering why im hearing so much vaccuum. I can get a Video to show what I mean.
 




All I did to my GTP was slap on an open cone filter and now I can really hear the whine. Here's a vid.

He said he has boost. What would you recommend to someone with stock car who wants to hear the sc whine?

Pulley drop was a joke. Please don't drop pulley.

Never heard of it till now. That movie looks creepy. Used to love demonic possession type movies. Now, since I've been married,... they freak me out and I can't watch them. They seem a lot more real for some reason...
 
Maybe it's because your life is possessed. Possessed by marriage.

That is what I want mine to sound like! But all I hear is vaccuum only when I get onto it though.
