supercharger maintenance?

i already have an egine code with the boost control solenoid. ill get to that when i can. the little 3-hole disc inside has loose holes making a small rattling sound at idle. are those 2 issues the same thing?

what else needs to be done to the supercharger to properly maintain it? its at 146k right now, at what point do i need to change the sc oil?
 


The S/C is a closed system, the oil is supposed to last up to 200K. Changing the oil, is really for peace of mind. As for the "3-hole disc" (coupler), if its rattling, replace it. If you do that, you're gonna need to replace the oil too. You shouldnt have a boost control solenoid unless you were turbo.
 
When I did my supercharger I completely took it apart and greased the needle bearings inside the housing then put it all back together. I installed a new green coupler with mew oil but also did a paint job while it was apart.
