supercharger bearings

do you need any special tools to replace the bearings in a gen 3 supercharger. im getting a new snout from zzp and needle bearing for the supercharger vanes if they can be replaced without a press. also a set of instructions would be great too :th_jester:

a press is needed to do the snout, if you use a hammer you can damage the bearings. now the needle bearings you could proly get away with a brass hammer. i did on mine because the press i used had to much slop in it and the bearing was going sideways! Use some oil to help the bearings slide in better and measure with calipers the depth of the old bearings before taking them out of the housing.
