Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Super cheap headers?

I've been seeing a lot of these postings on ebay lately and have been wondering if anyone has used these headers:

Some other companies such as DT Moto sell them, too.

Any thoughts?

Pacesetter/obx knockoffs. Requires a bit of modification to work..if you can weld or have someone that can they can fit without to many issues. Personally I would still stick with SD requires less work and has been proven to fit.

Where exactly do the fitment issues exist? Connecting it to the stock exhaust or connecting it to the motor? If it's the first one, I don't care, since that's all going away.

Also, I did try to get some SD headers, but nobody is selling them used and I don't plan to deal with that company again. I gave them 2 months and they never shipped, meanwhile other people were getting their headers in that time period.

The crossover is made wrong and doesnt fit, you need to cut it and reweld it to make it work, and they are prone to leaks at the Y pipe, most people have that welded as well to avoid issues.

Beat me to it and some I think mainly guys with 97 have to cut the trans case slightly.

I understand you had a issue with SD but as of recently they been shipping out the headers ordered by other guys so it may be worth another shot or post a wtb thread and you may get lucky and find a pair from a forums member .

Already have a WTB thread up but no dice. I may bump it to see if anybody else has a set.

SD headers go for $200 shipped on Ebay last time I checked....I had no problems with install besides being punked by a few bolts/nuts....I will eventually replace the flex, and I even thinking about buying a spare set and getting them coated for looks down the road....

Yup just checked and can agree and I'm not sure in if SSAC is actually shipping their headers out to guys now or just taking their time refunding the $

This is literally the only piece I need for my build, everything else is sitting here. I'm pretty ****ing pissed right now.

Truthfully my build was supposed to have finished at the end of January, and now I just have a nice box of parts ready to go into my GP, still sitting in my living room, not making my car go fast.

Like I said in your other thread, get a Plog and downpipe from ZZP and call it a day. After the $50 credit for your stock cat its about the same price as SD headers.
