Sunroof visor stuck open... Help!

My 1999 Grand Prix GT sunroof vision is stuck open. It feels like its getting caught on something when I try to pull it closed on the left side. This happened after I pushed it too far back. Its so far back I can't reach the closing handle, but I can grab onto the front lip of it. Also, it looks crooked. Any ideas?
