Yup.
My yearly maintenance is to blow out my drain tubes with an air compressor. Some times I will even pour a little bleach down them and flush them out to keep things from growing in there and plugging them up.
I like the idea of covering the sunroof with plastic and taping the edges really well and soaking the whole top with water from a hose and sit and wait/watch.
That's how I found my trunk leak. I got in the trunk with a flash light, and had somebody outside with the garden hose.

Which if your drain tubes are clear, I'm convinced it's not the sunroof. Simple fact is, they do not seal which is why it has the tubes in the first place.
