Sunroof Issue.

I bought my Grand Prix about four months ago and about a week and a half after I bought it my sunroof decides not to slide all the way back anymore (it worked fine up until then, was just a little slow at opening and closing), and progressively stopped going further and further back. Now it will only slightly pop up about a quarter of an inch if that. The drive side of the sunroof seems to be the root cause of the issue. For awhile it wouldn't shut all the way down but the passenger side would. If anyone knows anything about what could be the problem help would be greatly appreciated. Also, on a side note. My AC/Heater only works on 5 (the highest setting), but it does blow out cold and hot air could it be the relay that's bad?
