Sunroof assembly differences

I need a sunroof motor on my '99 GP. Apparently '99 is a split year between two different designs and neither are interchangeable. I have the red tab design which is the older of the two and a lot harder to find. I was wondering if I get the whole sunroof assembly if I would run into any issue with the newer design. Also are there any differences on the sunroof assemblies between two door and four door and would the Impala/Monte sunroofs be compatible?
